Telephone / remote control assistance

a) Telephone assistance can be given on the digitized information.

b) Remote assistance may be made, if authorized by the on-board staff, using specialized software and hardware.

c) Remote control instead refers to the periodic review of equipment. This is with the client’s prior permission.
